Plantory was designed as a digital ecosystem for people who want to discover, care for, and confidently grow indoor plants. The experience combines a responsive website with a companion mobile app, allowing each platform to support a different part of the plant ownership journey.

The website focuses on discovery, learning, and shopping through plant recommendations, detailed care guides, educational content, and a searchable plant library. The mobile app extends the experience into everyday plant ownership with personalized collections, care reminders, plant diagnosis, and ongoing management tools.
Rather than treating these as separate products, the project explores how users can move naturally between discovering a plant and caring for it over time. A shared design system connects both experiences while supporting reusable components and consistent interaction patterns.
Early Ideation
Initial sketches were used to explore layouts, navigation patterns, and content organization across the responsive website and companion mobile app. Starting with structure before visual details helped establish clear user journeys and a consistent direction across platforms.

Cross-Platform Experience
Plantory was designed around two connected experiences. The responsive website supports discovery, learning, and product exploration, while the companion mobile app focuses on ongoing plant care and management.

From Wireframes to Final Design
Early concepts were refined through wireframing and visual iteration, adapting the experience across desktop, responsive mobile, and the companion app while maintaining a consistent product structure.

Desktop Homepage: Refining the Browsing Experience
The homepage evolved from a content-first wireframe into a visually engaging landing page that balances plant discovery, educational resources, featured products, and clear navigation.
Responsive Mobile Homepage: Optimizing for Smaller Screens
The mobile experience prioritizes quick access to search, plant information, and educational content through simplified navigation and touch-friendly layouts.
